Sales Strategy Implementation Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Implementation Specialist to join our Meetings and Events Sales team at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel.
Main Responsibilities and Deliverables- Drive the implementation of strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue expansion
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Capitalise on sales opportunities to maximise revenue growth and yield
- Develop and execute effective selling strategies to optimise meeting and events space usage
- Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute the hotel's selling strategy
- Maintain the highest standards of event management practice and customer service
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within Meetings and Events Sales
- Outstanding leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret key business metrics and competitive trends
- Superb selling capabilities, with a talent for coaching and mentoring sales techniques
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
