Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Implementation Specialist to join our Meetings and Events Sales team at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel.

Main Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Drive the implementation of strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue expansion
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Capitalise on sales opportunities to maximise revenue growth and yield
  • Develop and execute effective selling strategies to optimise meeting and events space usage
  • Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute the hotel's selling strategy
  • Maintain the highest standards of event management practice and customer service
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within Meetings and Events Sales
  • Outstanding leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret key business metrics and competitive trends
  • Superb selling capabilities, with a talent for coaching and mentoring sales techniques
Salary Details

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
