Business Development Manager

At Streamline Search, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships in the warehouse solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on pallet racking, mezzanine flooring, and complete warehouse fit-out solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including warehouse managers, operations managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs, present solutions, and provide technical advice on optimising warehouse space and improving operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE).
- A lucrative commission structure based on sales performance.
- A car or car allowance provided.
