Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Person Specification:



  • Qualifications:

    • Essential: BSc in Nursing or related field
    • Desirable: Supervisory/managerial course/qualification, teaching/assessing qualification, ALS trained/trainer, MSc

  • Experience:

    • Essential: Significant senior experience in a relevant clinical field, demonstrating expertise
    • Desirable: Experience managing staff, experience working effectively in a multidisciplinary team, understanding of budgetary management

  • Skills and Ability:

    • Essential: Effective communication skills, organisational skills, knowledge audits/standards
    • Desirable: Motivational skills, experience of managing/building a team, demonstrates personal integrity

  • Language:
