About the Role

M&D Care is a leading provider of specialist residential support services for individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.

Job Description

This role will involve working closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our service users receive person-centred care in line with their individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with individuals who have complex needs and will be able to demonstrate a passion for supporting individuals to achieve their aspirations and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to our service users
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Ensure that our service users receive person-centred care in line with their individual needs
  • Support our service users to achieve their aspirations and personal goals
Requirements
  • QCF level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
  • Experience of working with individuals who have complex needs
  • Passion for supporting individuals to achieve their aspirations and personal goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
