Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at entrust IT Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisitions and expanding our customer base in the Central region.
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to generate leads and develop relationships with key decision-makers. Your primary objective will be to acquire new business through a combination of telephone sales calls, following up on leads, and local events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- To locate new business opportunities using telephone sales
- To follow up on leads provided by the marketing team
- To conduct sales meetings in person and via video conference
- To ensure our CRM system is kept up to date with the latest information on sales leads
- To hit sales performance targets
- To conduct regularly scheduled account management calls/meetings with customers
- To use customer relationships to drive upsell opportunities
- To advise the marketing team on growth opportunities to target
- To grow our presence in our regional area
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and relaxed telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the IT/Technology industry
- A can-do attitude and ability to work mostly unsupervised
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner
