Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to oversee the care of residential residents and ensure high standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- To provide personalised care plans for residents, identifying training needs for staff.
- To audit and improve care standards, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- To maintain accurate records and participate in resident care reviews.
- To supervise the delivery of care and assist colleagues in developing their skills.
- To maintain highest levels of personal hygiene and infection control measures.
- To order and manage stock control of prescribed medication and medical products.
- To respect confidentiality and contribute to effective communication within the care team.
- To report accurately and timely on leave, sickness, complaints, accidents, and Daily Census.
Requirements: To have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in care management. Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
