Essential Requirements- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of managing care teams and support staff.

A full clean driving licence and direct or indirect experience of working with individuals with disabilities are also desirable. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, meal provision, and a cycle to work scheme.
