We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Herne, Kent. As a Senior Care Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and high-quality delivery of nursing and support services to our residents.


Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home and ensure that it operates smoothly in terms of care quality, contractual, and financial obligations.
  • To manage the staff team effectively, motivating them to provide excellent care and support to our residents.
  • To promote the rights and choices of our residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their dignity is respected.

About the Role:

As a Residential Home Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will work closely with our experienced care team to deliver exceptional care and support, tailored to the individual needs of each resident.


Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in health and social care, or willing to work towards such a qualification.
  • A good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager and the law relating to care services.
  • Experience of managing the delivery of care services as a Registered Manager.

Salary and Benefits:
