Job Title:Coaching Professional Assessor / Trainer
Location:Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel
Salary:circa £30,000 (Flexibility depending on experience)
Type:Full Time, 12-month contract (Possible to be extended)
Essential Criteria:- Must hold a CMI Level 5 qualification in Coaching (or equivalent Coaching qualification).
- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within Coaching Professional but not essential.
- Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Flexibility with travel when needed.
- Deliver Coaching Professional Apprenticeships (up to Level 5), using a blended learning approach (face to face and digital learning).
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
- Design engaging curriculum and workshop materials, acting as a subject matter expert to launch and drive the success of the programme.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
