Public Health Professional

We are recruiting for a skilled Health Visitor to work in our community setting in Flintshire, North Wales. As a Health Visitor, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care offered to families and external organisations, with a focus on safeguarding children.
You will need to have a degree in Health Visiting, current NMC registration, and experience in teaching, safeguarding, and multi-agency working. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
