About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Mental Health Single Point of Contact (SPOC) service as a Band 6 Community Care Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the clinical lead and managing a varied team of staff including Well-being Practitioners, Health Care Support Workers, and Peer Workers.
Your main goal will be to ensure that individuals receive a range of recovery-focused interventions with clear outcomes, utilizing Third Sector organisations and community resources to maximise their recovery.

About the SalaryThe salary for this role is £37,898 - £45,637 per annum, making it an attractive option for those looking to advance their career in the NHS.
