Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team in North Wales, providing a rapid crisis response to children and young people. As a key member of our transformation team, you will play a vital role in strengthening our leadership, pathways, and services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mental health issues and up-to-date working knowledge of the Mental Health Act. A postgraduate qualification in supervision and teaching is also desirable. Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake assessments in various community settings to provide a rapid crisis response, ensuring the safety of the individual and others.
- Provide clinical formulation and offer liaison, consultation, and brief intervention where required, facilitating safe discharge and support care planning across partner agencies.
