Mental Health Care Coordinator

Based in our District General Hospitals and Community Hospitals across North Wales, we are looking for a seasoned Mental Health Care Coordinator to oversee the management and organization of our clinical area. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
You will work closely with our nursing staff to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of holistic nursing care, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive and individualized attention. Additionally, you will participate in education, development, and supervision programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your colleagues.
