We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and supporting the delivery of high-quality services.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification and relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £29,400 - £35,800 per annum (dependent on experience)
