Senior Lecturer in Community Mental Health Care

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing to join our team at the Council of Deans of Health. As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering our commissioned programme and contributing to the development of mental health nursing education in Wales.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students.
- Contribute to the development of the curriculum and assessment strategy.
- Build and maintain partnerships with health boards and other stakeholders to align the curriculum with service needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Experience in teaching and supporting student nurses.
- Experience in relevant clinical areas.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
