About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Registered Professional to fill a leadership role within our Mental Health Services team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality evidence-based care and work autonomously in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement within the integrated team, ensuring safe and appropriate skill mix to meet patient care needs.
  • Lead and manage the team, delegate, support, and supervise staff in the delivery of care.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
