We are looking for a highly skilled Public Health Practitioner to join our team in North Wales. As a key member of our universal Health Visiting service, you will be responsible for managing a caseload within a defined population and contributing to the public health role in line with government public health initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Healthy Child Wales Programme and experience in delivering the nursing component of the programme to a 0-5 age population within a defined area.

The salary for this role is between £37,898 and £45,637 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload within a defined population
  • Contribute to the public health role in line with government public health initiatives
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Healthy Child Wales Programme
  • Deliver the nursing component of the programme to a 0-5 age population within a defined area

You must hold a degree or equivalent in Health Visiting with current NMC registration.
