We are seeking a highly skilled Community Crisis Response Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services in North Wales.
In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective crisis response strategies, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and other relevant partners.
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide recommendations for crisis response interventions, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals and their families.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
