CAMHS Community Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced CAMHS Community Support Worker to join our team in North Wales. As a member of our community team, you will work with children and young people who are experiencing a mental health and/or psycho-social crisis, providing them with the support and guidance they need to recover.
You will work closely with parents, carers, and professionals to develop individual care plans, providing education, advice, and direction on managing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide community-based support to children and young people experiencing a mental health and/or psycho-social crisis.
- Develop individual care plans in collaboration with parents, carers, and professionals.
- Offer education, advice, and direction on managing difficulties to young people and their families.
