Job Description

As a Youth Crisis Response Practitioner, you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to provide crisis response services to children and young people in North Wales. Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake rapid assessments in emergency departments, paediatric wards, and community settings to provide crisis response services.
  • Provide clinical formulation and offer liaison, consultation, and brief intervention to facilitate safe discharge and care planning.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary unscheduled care service to support children and young people experiencing mental health crises.

Salary Range: £45,500 - £59,300 per annum, dependent on experience
