As a key player in Cisco Systems, Inc., you will drive the successful adoption and utilization of our technologies and services within customer organizations, leading to value realization and growth. To achieve this, your primary responsibilities will include:


  1. Drive the adoption of our software and services, leading to successful renewals and growth by mitigating renewal risks and increasing customer retention rates.

  2. Advocate for customers within Cisco, ensuring their needs are met, and they receive a high-quality customer experience.

  3. Take ownership of financials, including services revenue and margin, and make strategic financial decisions.

  4. Develop and implement Technical Adoption Plans and End-to-End Customer plans in partnership with Cisco's Sales and Customer Success teams, aligning with customer goals to improve technology investments and promote full use of our technologies.


Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with Customer Technical and Operational Leaders and Executives, as well as with Sales, Renewals, and Solution Development Architect teams to drive value realization and services growth. Your ability to develop and cultivate strong relationships with our customers is crucial.

As a strategic problem solver with a strong background in customer success and technology adoption, you will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Your experience in handling financials and making strategic investment decisions is also essential.

To succeed in this role, you should have:


  1. At least 3 years of delivery experience and a solid understanding of software lifecycle practices.

  2. Experience in developing and cultivating strong relationships with executive-level customers.

  3. Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
