Pegasus Homes is a dynamic business that prides itself on designing, building, and creating high-quality homes for independent later living. We are excited to introduce a new role that will be key in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of our sales process.

This role involves managing the customer journey from initial inquiries to move-in day, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor and resident. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will embody the Pegasus Homes brand, leading by example and setting the tone for excellent customer service.

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers, assessing their needs and providing a warm welcome. This includes liaising with the on-site team to organise Independent Living Meetings and coordinating projects such as interior design and curtain supply.
  • Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams, as well as partner Estate Agents, is essential to maximise high-quality leads and encourage visits.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience working with High Net Worth Individuals in a sales capacity or within a luxury service environment. Excellent management or customer relations skills are also essential, along with a strong understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.

Knowledge of local communities, particularly Hampstead, is beneficial, as is fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK.
