About the Role

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Multidisciplinary Service Partner to join our team in London, UK. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our events service, providing exceptional customer experience within our client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Client events team to ensure all events are successfully supported, relating to Facilities as well as supporting the day-to-day running of the office
  • Perform conference and event room furniture set-ups for meetings and events
  • Regularly work with external contractors, e.g. cleaning, production crews, and event hosts
  • Assist with the coordination and booking for internal events
  • Carry out daily quality audits of all event spaces, furniture, and equipment
  • Act collaboratively with event hosts before, during, and after events to solve problems and resolve spontaneous situations
  • Work in accordance with health and safety measures and promote best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure preventative and reactive tasks are completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe
  • Provide timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers via emails, task systems, social posts, and face-to-face interactions
  • Contribute to the multiservice team: Supporting Events, Mailroom, Facilities, and Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) where necessary
Working Life
  • You will be working across one site on a daily basis
  • The main business language spoken in our offices is English. Knowledge of English and the local language is essential
  • You may be required to work weekends or bank holidays, arranged in advance and in accordance with the rota
  • You will be required to be on call 24 hours a day in rotation with your colleagues
  • The role will be structured on a shift basis over a 5-day week
