About the Role
The Associate Design Manager will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams on large and/or complex projects, including sub-consultants, and presenting as the project lead to client teams.
This includes planning and implementing project delivery, controlling project financials, guiding delivery and clarifying uncertain scope, leading on the management of process to facilitate design disciplines leads to achieve specified outcomes, and providing advice to decision makers whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with different stakeholder groups.
About You
We seek candidates who are educated to bachelor's degree level or higher in project management, engineering, or architecture, or similar approved senior vocational qualification.
A Chartered Professional of either APM, PMP, MCIOB, MRICS, CIBSE, Engineering Council, IET, or similar approved professional organisation would be highly regarded.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
