Director of Revenue Strategy

Maybourne Hotel Group is seeking a talented and organized individual to fill the role of Director of Revenue Strategy. This exciting opportunity is based in London and comes with an estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum. In this position, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits, minimizing costs, and maintaining superior quality customer service across room, restaurant, and spa reservations.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in revenue management, preferably within the luxury hotel industry. They will be proficient in managing various distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and the hotel's own booking engine. A good understanding of the luxury hospitality market, including knowledge of competitors, customer behavior, and industry trends, is also essential.
A strong project management skillset, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are required for this role. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable, and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and have a high standard of personal presentation with a confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
