Job Title

A Learning Support Assistant is required for an impressive SEND setting in Burton.

About the Role

This role involves supporting children during lessons and school activities, managing pupils' personalised learning based on their individual needs, and delivering 1:1 or small group activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the class teacher and other teaching assistants in the day-to-day running of the class
  • Providing physical management and care of pupils
  • Collecting evidence of children's work to support their assessment
Requirements
  • Experience working with young people
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Desire to work with, inspire and support children
