Childcare Specialist

This role involves working as a Childcare Specialist in a nursery setting in Newcastle. The successful candidate will have experience of working with young children and a good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement activities to support children's learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to childcare
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education is provided
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents/carers
- Stay up-to-date with best practice and research in early years education
- Support the smooth transition of children from nursery to school
□ £19,500 - £23,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
