Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team in the UK sales teams in biosurgery.

The successful candidate will work along Chief Surgeons and Surgeons to support them using medical devices in operating rooms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting and demonstrating products while fostering strong relationships with OR stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities with new customers and developing tailored solutions dependent upon customer needs.
  • Managing and growing sales within the existing customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Liaising with stakeholders such as Pharmacists, Purchase Managers, and Admin to manage continuous availability of the product within Trusts and Clinics.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years selling into theatres and clinics.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and medical device sales.
  • An understanding of the NHS and private sector sales cycle.
  • Hemostasis and/or biosurgery experience is highly desirable.

Estimated salary range for this position: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
