IT Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our IT Helpdesk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving 1st and 2nd line incident tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with end-users to resolve service and process tickets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT systems, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our Helpdesk services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar IT Support role, with a strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
