We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our consultants and delivering an exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our consultants, including data management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage office operations, including liaison with landlords and internal property teams.
  • Procure office equipment and services as required.
  • Develop and maintain office-wide communications and presentations.
  • Collate employee feedback and organize social events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional administrative and customer service experience. You will also possess strong Microsoft Office skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team in a vibrant sales culture.
