Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Nationwide Specialist Services. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of customer information within our operational system and client CRM systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Updating bespoke reports on a daily/weekly basis as needed detailing compliance with client CRM systems and our operational system.
- Ensuring all operational systems are holding accurate customer information.
- Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with the operations & office-based teams.
- Providing administrative support to the Contract Performance Managers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Experience with CRM systems and operational management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
