About the Role:

NSS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Customer Service department within the cleaning division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accurate customer information, and communicating with relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchase order lifecycle, including ensuring all cleaning customers/contracts have a valid purchase order in place.
  • Ensure the operational system holds accurate customer information.
  • Enforce the PO process and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Take responsibility for managing the whole purchase order lifecycle.
  • Manage the additions and reductions mailbox.
  • Chase expiring purchase orders directly with customers.
  • Escalate purchase order issues to senior management.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on the purchase order status.
