About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting and Decorating Contract Manager to join our team at NB Decor Interiors & Exteriors Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess strong painting and decorating and spraying contract/project management skills, with the ability to work from home based in West Yorkshire but working on projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and align contract terms with project objectives.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations.
  • Provide leadership in contract negotiations, guiding team members on best practices and strategies.
  • Utilise project management tools to track progress and deadlines related to contract deliverables.
  • View potential new contracts/jobs and relay information back to the office.
  • Proven experience in painting and decorating/spraying contract/project management is essential.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams or projects successfully.
  • Strong time management skills, enabling the handling of multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • A proactive individual with a passion for contract management.
  • National Contract Manager with painting and decorating/spraying contract/project management experience.
