About the Job:
As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within the contractor payroll market. This involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals using our software solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying, generating, and closing new business opportunities within the contractor payroll market.
  • Building and nurturing relationships through external networking and selling to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our software solutions and effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Managing multiple sales processes simultaneously, ensuring a seamless journey from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborating with the CRO and other internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
