**European Market Expansion Specialist Wanted**

We are looking for a skilled **European Market Expansion Specialist** to join our team and drive growth in European markets.

This role involves managing key international accounts, setting annual sales targets, and planning trade spend and promotional budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, strategic acumen, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Work across teams to align sustainability, marketing, and operational strategies with customer needs.
  • Present market forecasts, budgets, and analysis to gain buy-in across the business.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and local distributors to execute effective trade and consumer marketing campaigns.

A competitive salary of £56k + 10% bonus, hybrid working, and share option scheme are offered as part of this role.
