Role Overview:

The company is looking for a Market Expansion specialist to lead the entry into new energy and flexibility markets, focusing on European expansion. This role involves strategic planning and execution to support market participation and product alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement market entry strategies for flexibility markets in the UK and internationally.
  • Define and adapt product requirements to meet market needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead projects with a fast-paced, startup-focused mindset to drive progress.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4-8+ years of experience, particularly in roles with "0 to 1" project ownership.
  • Background in energy, grid-scale batteries, or related sectors is beneficial.
  • Strategic, adaptable thinker with the ability to handle fast-moving environments.
