About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and support a small sales team. Your expertise will be essential for developing effective business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies, leading and supporting a small sales team, and managing customer relationships. They will also be expected to negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved. With 50% of their time spent in the office and 50% engaging directly with customers, this role requires a balanced approach and excellent time management skills.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, strong understanding of sales strategies and business development practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
