About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our boarding team as a Senior House Parent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will play a key role in shaping the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the boarding team, ensuring a safe and caring environment for our students
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boarding house, including implementing policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Head of Pastoral to ensure that our boarders receive the highest level of care and support
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Benefits and Salary- A competitive salary: £37,500 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
