**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Boarding Team Lead to join our team at Interaction - Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of statutory duty of care obligations and a proven track record in providing a safe, caring boarding environment for students.

This is a residential post with a competitive salary of £28,350. The role includes management responsibilities within the boarding house and the ethos of our boarders' residence.

As a Residential Education Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Pastoral to ensure our students receive the highest standard of care. Your duties will include maintaining minimum standards, health & safety, and safeguarding measures.

You can expect to have a weekend rota with one weekend off in three. Boarding staff may be asked to work more than 48 hours a week and will be required to sign a Working Time Agreement accordingly.

Benefits include council tax, water rates, and utility bills paid by the College, as well as meals available during term time. You will also receive 50 days of holiday entitlement (excluding bank holidays).
