Role Overview

This is a part-time volunteer position requiring approximately 2-3 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization, including email correspondence, record-keeping, and database management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage email correspondence with board members and other stakeholders
  • Update and maintain our cloud database register
  • Coordinate bookings for our clubrooms
  • Assist with planning and preparation for meetings and events

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MYOB
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
