About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Executive Board Member - Biopharmaceuticals to join our team at Barrington James. As a key member of our board, you will provide strategic guidance to our leadership on quality assurance for sterile injectables.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on streamlining processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability in regulated environments.
- Participate in 8 board meetings annually to provide oversight and input on key business and quality assurance matters.
- Support executive leadership with mentoring and advising on quality frameworks and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
- A senior professional with a proven track record of leadership and experience in quality assurance within pharmaceuticals or biotech, especially in sterile injectables.
- Experience in scaling businesses and implementing operational excellence in regulated environments.
- Previous board-level or senior leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and quality control.
Salary: £120,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our industry.
