Programme Executive Opportunity

NFP PEOPLE is seeking a Senior Programme Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract. As Deputy CEO, you will work closely with the CEO and senior management team to ensure the delivery of impactful programmes, support staff development, and oversee accreditation processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing NFP PEOPLE on strategic boards and partnerships.
  • Developing and implementing projects aligned with organisational goals.
  • Managing and mentoring staff and volunteers to achieve excellence.
  • Leading on funding opportunities and accreditation processes.
  • Deputising for the CEO when required.

How You Will Contribute: By providing strategic leadership, managing key projects, and representing NFP PEOPLE across Cambridgeshire, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of voluntary and community services in Cambridgeshire.
