Senior Programme Manager Lead

As a Senior Programme Manager Lead, you will have full responsibility for programme delivery, overseeing a portfolio of high-value, complex projects from concept to completion.
Reporting into the CEO, you will lead a team of programme and project managers, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will work in collaboration with leaders across Engineering, Commercial, Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure that programme objectives are achieved through effective management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to board level on programme performance in line with contract deliverables and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate portfolio risks/issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years within programme management.
- A Project Management qualification.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
