Job Title: Charitable Finance Director

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced finance director to join our team as a Charitable Finance Director. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the effective management of our finances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our charitable objectives, ensuring that we remain financially sustainable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Expert Advice on Financial Management: As a senior finance professional, you will provide expert advice on financial management, ensuring that our financial processes are robust and effective.
  • Work with Stakeholders: You will work closely with stakeholders, including our board of trustees, management team, and external partners, to ensure that our financial goals are aligned with our overall strategy.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
