Job Title: Pharmacist - Clinical Expertise

Location: North Powys, UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist - Clinical Expertise to join our healthcare team in North Powys. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing clinical expertise in pharmacy services.

The ideal candidate will have hospital ward experience and possess strong clinical knowledge. You will be required to work daily shifts, although we may consider alternative work patterns for the right candidate. This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional patient care through effective medication management and clinical guidance.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient medications and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Clinical experience in a hospital setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy practices and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as required by the service.

Estimated Salary: £44,587 - £53,650 per annum (depending on experience).
