About the Role

At Reactive Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Decision Maker to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic to work as a Clinical Decision Maker. This is an exciting opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and skills to make important recommendations that help individuals receive the support they need.

Responsibilities
  • Write detailed reports to inform decision-making about health and care services.
  • Utilize your expertise to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Complete a comprehensive 12-week training program, with flexible options for working 3 or 4 days per week.
  • Enjoy a starting salary of £38,500, with opportunities for salary increases and bonuses.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid professional registration with NMC, HCPC, or relevant body, along with a valid PIN.
  • Possess excellent observational, communication, and IT skills.
  • Have a valid driving license or reliable transportation to the nearest assessment centre.
  • Successfully complete government baseline personnel security vetting.
