Healthcare Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Analyst to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assessing and analyzing the health and care needs of individuals to provide informed recommendations.

• Salary: £38,500 per annum, with opportunities for salary increases and bonuses.
• Location: Flexible working arrangements, with options for remote or face-to-face work.
• Hours: Contracted 37.5 hours per week, with flexible patterns between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

1. Write detailed reports to support the DWP in making decisions about health and care.
2. Apply your clinical knowledge and expertise to make informed recommendations.
3. Attend a 12-week training program, with options for 3 or 4-day weeks.

• A minimum of one year post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
• Fully registered with the NMC, HCPC, or relevant body with a valid PIN.
• Excellent observational, communication, and IT skills.
• A valid driving licence or access to reliable transportation to the nearest assessment centre.
• Successful completion of government baseline personnel security vetting.
