Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join its Adult Psychology and Psychological Therapy Service. This esteemed team delivers person-centred and evidence-based psychological interventions, prioritizing the personal and professional development of its members.

As a CBT Practitioner, you will provide high-intensity therapy to clients with complex mental health difficulties, including those requiring specialist interventions like Trauma Focused CBT. You will also contribute to training, consultation, and supervision within the service, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing and treating complex client presentations, as well as experience in providing supervision and consultation. A strong understanding of legislation, policy, and professional issues relevant to mental health is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in one of our clinical bases across Powys, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
