Job Summary:

The Simmance Partnership is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the development of our commercial strategy and drive new developments in a highly ambitious and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As a member of our operational Board, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and expansion
  • Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and market trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in the FMCG sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
  • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams and driving business growth
