About the Role:

The Simmance Partnership is seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to lead our industrial sales efforts and drive high-value growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for revolutionizing our sales approach, identifying new business opportunities, and deepening existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share
  • Lead a nationwide team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including international partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs and training initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in industrial sales, with a strong background in B2B partnership development
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategy, market trends, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
